We continue to offer full primary healthcare services including annual gynecological exams, general annual physical exams, sports physicals, and much more including referral for diagnositic imaging, cardiac workups, mammogram, as well as massage and acupuncture.  Everything and more that you would expect from your primary care doctor.

Many of these services may be covered by your insurance plan.  We are providers for Regence Blue Shield, Kitsap Physicians Service, and the First Choice network.  Unfortunately, we are no longer an insurance provider for Premara/Lifewise.  However, Premara and Lifewise will pay insurers directly on an out-of-network basis.

Dr. Urand is offering full body health scans using a system called Hadoscan.  

Hadoscan is a highly sophisticated method utilizing the scanning of biofrequencies to determine your state of health and offers treatment by improving energy and recommending treatment options.  This service is available to existing patients only.  Please give our office a call if you would like to book a health scan or if you have any questions.

We are very fortunate to have two highly skilled professional colon hydrotherapists on our staff, Gwynn Palmer and Dorothy Leibrant.

Colon Hydrotherapy:  We have been offering colonics for almost four years.  Dr. Urand has found colon cleansing to be an integral and essential key to effectively healing and often resolving many ailments such as eczema, IBS, constipation, and hepatitis. 

Pain Management:  We continue to offer a variety of injection therapies for pain relief and resolution.

Allergy Elimination: We have been offering NAET for six successful years.  This noninvasive and highly effective technique involves the combined use of kinesiology (aka muscle testing) and acupressure (no needles!) to effectively eliminate your allergies for life.
