We offer full Naturopathic Services to help you to
achieve optimal health. During your first office call, Dr. Urand will spend at least 60 minutes with you.
You are advised to allow from 90 minutes to two hours for your first appointment. She will take a complete
medical history including history of present illness, past medical history, family history, a full review of systems, and
physical exam. You will receive a full nutritional evaluation, as well as a treatment protocol tailored to your needs,
which may include nutritional supplements, homeopathy, colon hydrotherapy, herbal medicine, allergy elimination (NAET), physical
medicine, and/or counseling.
